Togar Rugs Policies
Return Policy:
Togar Rugs will accept any merchandise back for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of purchase, unless otherwise previously noted or agreed to final sale terms. Restrictions may apply. Merchandise must be in “like new”, sellable condition for returns to be accepted.
Exchange Policy:
Togar Rugs will accept any merchandise back for full exchange within 30days of receipt of purchase, unless otherwise previously noted or agreed to final sale terms. Restrictions may apply. Merchandise must be in “like new”, sellable condition for exchanges to be accepted. Exchange credits falling in between 2 separate months but must be exchanged before the 10th to include sales tax. Exchange credit falling after the 10th of the following month after purchase will exclude sales tax already paid to the state of NC.
Togar Trade-In Policy:
Our policy on trading rugs is only considered on authentic Turkish, Persian, or Caucasian rugs. It requires we only trade for rugs originally purchased from Togar Rugs. The customer must present an original bill of sale. Togar will then inspect the rug to determine its present condition, suitability for addition to our inventory, and present value. The inspection must be done in either of our Asheville, NC or Greenville, SC offices. If the customer is unable to bring the rug to us, it may be shipped (and suitably insured) to us at the customer's expense. Togar Rugs cannot be responsible for losses in shipment either to or from our offices.
If the rug is an original purchase from us and is acceptable, Togar Rugs will make the customer an offer for the trade-in value. The trade offer is only for sale credit, not cash, toward a new purchase of inventory. The trade credit can only be applied to any item(s) in our inventory in an amount which does not exceed the cost of the new item. Shipping costs are always in addition to the purchase and may not be included in trade credit.
Shipping and Delivery
If the customer is unable to bring the rug to us, it may be shipped (and suitably insured) to us at the customer's expense. Togar Rugs cannot be responsible for losses in shipment either to or from our offices.
